David and Bryan are expectant parents and, for the first time since learning that they are expecting (via their surrogate), the real world reminds them not everything will be coming up roses.
This is obviously a comedy so it’s sprinkled with a bit of levity but the situation is very much real and that makes it even more unbelievably sad.
